There is a lot to do here, so do as much as you want or as little as you want. Spend a lot or spend nothing, you can still have a boat load of fun.

Located just minutes from Presque Isle State Park and downtown Erie our condo can sleep 6 comfortably and contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area (seats 6), 2 full bathrooms, living room, 2 bedrooms, loft space and a 2 car garage with washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1 is located on the 1^st floor for easy accessibility and has a queen bed and TV.

Bedroom 2 is located on the 2^nd floor and has a queen bed.

The loft is located just outside of bedroom 2 and has a queen size futon as well as extra space for storage (or a sleeping bag for an extra guest).

Living room has 2 couches (1 queen pull-out sofa and 1 full pull-out sofa), fireplace and TV.

Bathroom 1 is located on the 1^st floor for easy accessibility.

Bathroom 2 is located on the 2^nd floor and has a bathtub.

Other amenities include central air conditioning, deck with BBQ grill, 4 TV's with HD antenna and Netflix/Amazon video access, Wi-Fi, fireplace, fishing gear and beach supplies (toys, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and an all-terrain beach cart to carry it all).

All kitchenware (plates, cups, utensils, coffee pot, etc.) and linens for beds is provided.
